Description
This is an interpretation of one of Lora S. Irish's patterns.
Especially tricky was trying to figure out the colors. I was certain what brown I was to use for the cattails, and I figured out what green to use for the leaves, but after that, it was hard trying to figure out what colors to use for the rest. I ended up mostly using clashing greens, which--when put together in this painting, are actually quite peaceful--and touches of other colors--namely brown, yellow, and off-white.
In the end, it turned out to be, what I think, is one of the best paintings I've ever made, and I'm quite proud of it.

The fairy's dress looks like woven grass. Nice effect.
